Swishfund October deal terms and conditions

1. Action description

Business customers who take out a loan with Swishfund as part of this promotion do not pay interest during the first month. During this period, only the loan amount will be repaid.

2. Action period

• The promotion is valid from October 6, 2025 to November 2, 2025.

Only loans that have been fully applied for within this period are eligible for the promotion.

3. Terms of participation

• The promotion only applies to business customers who meet Swishfund's creditworthiness criteria.
• Only new loan applications are eligible; refinancing or renewing existing loans are excluded.

The minimum term of the loan is 6 months.

4. Promotional Terms for the First Month Free

• No interest costs will be charged during the first month of the term.
• In this month, the customer only pays the agreed repayment on the loan amount.
• The free period relates only to the first month of the loan and is not transferable or transferable to another period.

The closing committee remains applicable and must be paid in accordance with the agreement.

5. Repayment and early repayment

• The loan can penalty-free are repaid from the moment that at least 25% of the original term has expired.
• In case of early repayment before this time, additional costs or penalties may apply, in accordance with Swishfund's standard terms and conditions.

6. Exclusions

• This promotion is not valid in combination with other Swishfund promotions, discounts or incentives.
• Customers with an existing Swishfund loan are excluded from participating in this promotion.
• The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

7. Changes and Termination

• Swishfund reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion or the (promotion) terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

8. Liability

• Swishfund is not liable for printing, typesetting or other errors in promotional communications related to this promotion.
• Swishfund is not responsible for any tax or legal consequences resulting from participation in this promotion.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Participants in this campaign agree to the processing of their personal data as described in the Swishfund Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

• This promotion and the associated terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

The court in Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes related to your agreement with us, this action and non-contractual obligations related to it.
