Promotion Terms & Conditions – Swishfund Business Loan Promotion

These promotional terms and conditions apply to the offer in which business customers of Swishfund benefit from a temporary repayment-free period when taking out a business loan with a minimum term of 12 months. By making use of this promotion, the participant agrees to the conditions outlined below.

General Conditions

• This promotion applies exclusively to business loans.
• The promotion period runs from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025. Only applications that are fully completed via the application process on our website during this period are eligible.
• The loan must have a minimum term of 12 months to qualify for this promotion.

Participation and Exclusions

• Participation in the promotion is only possible for business customers who meet Swishfund’s standard creditworthiness requirements. Applications may be declined based on our credit assessment criteria.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing discounts or promotions and does not apply to extensions of existing contracts.

Repayment Conditions and Interest Payments

• During the first two months after the loan is issued, no principal repayment is required. After this repayment-free period, the total loan principal must be repaid over the remaining months of the loan term.
• Interest (premium) must be paid by the customer for the entire duration of the loan (including during the repayment-free period), in accordance with the loan agreement.
• Swishfund reserves the right to demand early repayment of the entire loan during the repayment-free period without prior notice, in accordance with Article 3 of the “Further Agreements” section of the agreement.

Changes and Termination

• Swishfund reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may be communicated via the Swishfund website; we therefore recommend verifying in advance whether the promotion is still valid and under what conditions.
• Changes to the promotional terms and conditions do not apply to loans already concluded.

Liability

• Swishfund is not liable for typographical, printing, or layout errors relating to this promotion, nor for technical issues on the website.
• Swishfund is not responsible for any tax or legal consequences resulting from participation in this promotion.

Privacy and Data Protection

• By participating in this promotion, the customer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Swishfund’s privacy policy as stated on our website.

Applicable Law and Disputes

• These promotional terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
• Disputes arising from this promotion will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
